Delivery Information

All standard UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class

UK customers can expect to receive their order within 3/5 working days. Alternatively overnight delivery is also available. Please see details below.

Orders to Southern Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World are sent via Airmail and can take 5 working days plus to arrive.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK Customers Only)

For an additional fee we can send your order by Special Delivery, which guarantees it will arrive next working day (subject to stock availability).

These orders must be placed before 1:00pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.

Special Delivery Exceptions:

•Orders placed after 1:00pm - will arrive the second working day.
•Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm - are guaranteed for Monday
•Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday - will arrive the second working day.
•There are no deliveries on a Bank Holiday.

Please note: A signature will be required upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.

Customs and import duties

If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to exchange goods or refund your money if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We kindly ask that items be returned in a saleable condition, unused, unworn and unwashed; securely wrapped; including all paperwork.

Please contact us by calling us within 7 working days of delivery, to notify us of your intention to return the goods (we will allow a further 28 days to send goods back thereafter). If you are looking to exchange any items no further postage and packaging charges will be incurred.

If you are returning all the items you have ordered, we will also refund your standard postage and packaging costs, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know. You will still have 28 days to return your order to us in this case.

We are unable to accept parcels that have been returned to us via a courier service, insured postal service or any other service that requires a signature upon receipt.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods.
  • We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/ parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
  • Return delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • After 28 days, unless we have heard from you, it will be assumed that your parcel has been delivered. After this time claims for missing goods will not be accepted.

P&P and returns postage are all direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty. However, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange.

Please note: Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods.
Royal Mail - Claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without proof of postage, which can be obtained free of charge from your post office.

Returns from overseas

When returning goods from overseas, please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service; and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting.
