Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier.

You can submit an order for products to Early Baby by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the send order button.

All prices are reflected in £UK Sterling (including Europe and the rest of the world).

We are under no obligation to accept your order but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing and your credit/debit card payment is approved by your credit/debit card company.

Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email shortly after receipt and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place under these terms and conditions. If, for any reason, we do not accept your order or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will advise you by email of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order. Only credit/debit cards are acceptable as payment for orders via this site.

All our orders are completed through Wordlpay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and other well known credit cards. Please note that payment is taken upon receipt of order. Orders received after 12.00 noon on Saturday will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping And Handling Early Baby provides a free delivery service within the UK only (including IOM & the Channel Islands). Orders are despatched using Royal Mail's Second Class recorded delivery service; delivery is guaranteed by the third working day AFTER POSTING (including Saturdays).

In addition we offer Royal Mail's First Class recorded delivery service at a cost of £1.95 per order; Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day AFTER POSTING (including Saturdays). There is also a SPECIAL DELIVERY option; orders will be despatched using Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery Next Day (before 1pm)' service. Orders are usually despatched WITHIN 48 HOURS of an order being placed; orders placed on weekends/Bank Holidays will be despatched the next available working day.

There is a standard charge of £10.00 for all international & overseas orders; goods will be despatched using Royal Mail's 'International Signed For Service' and take upto 10 working days to arrive at their destination. On some occasions deliveries to European/Worldwide destinations may take longer than 10 days.

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST WE AIM TO DESPATCH ALL GOODS WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY OF AN ORDER BEING PLACE THERE ARE OCCASIONS WHEN THIS MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE.

Delivery Schedule We aim to process orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 WORKING DAYS for delivery to avoid disappointment.

All items are subject to availability. Where items are temporarily out of stock despatch maybe delayed but you will be notified of this as soon as possible.

All deliveries will be made to you at the delivery address specified at the time of ordering.

All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.

Ownership of the product shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will back order if required. However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT is not levied on clothing and accessories but does apply to gift items.
Credit Card Security All Credit/Debit Card transactions are placed through Worldpay.

Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time an order is placed. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order (and subsequent transactions) is conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of that link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link.
Guarantee All items purchased are guaranteed against defects. Early Baby will replace any faulty garment by return if the item is in stock. For items not in stock we can offer an altenative or a refund.

Early Baby will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our agreement will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be resolved non-exclusively by English courts.

All emails sent to you will be forwarded to the address you specify. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise Early Baby will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between the time you submit your order and the delivery of the product (by us to you) you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.
Privacy Policy earlybaby.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Our policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You have the right to cancel this agreement but this right ends 7 WORKING DAYS after the date YOU RECEIVE the products (working days excludes weekends and bank holidays). You will not have to pay for any goods and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your card within 30 days. However, if the goods have been despatched or delivered then YOU MUST RETURN the products to us and bear the costs yourself (the cost of return postage will only be refunded in situations where a statutory right is breached). We recommend that you advise us as soon possible if you wish to exercise your right to cancel. We are happy to exchange garments or refund your money if any item of clothing purchased is not completely to your satisfaction. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt and must be received by Early Baby in the condition and in the same packaging as when it was delivered to you. Failure to do so will incur a £5.00 re-stocking fee.

When returning any goods for an exchange or refund it is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

We do not refund the cost of returns unless the reason for return is the result of our own error or there is a breach of your statutory rights.
Remittance Terms All orders are processed in £GBP and must be paid for using a valid credit/debit card.
