CONDITION OF CLOTHING
All clothing should be freshly laundered, ironed and undamaged and should not smell of cigarette smoke. We will not accept any item of clothing that has holes, tears or marks.
As soon as we receive the clothing and are satisfied that all items meet the description provided we will either arrange a bank transfer or send a cheque to you for the amount agreed.
BY AGREEING TO SELL TO EARLY BABY YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS
If you are interested in selling to us then please send an email to info@earlybaby.co.uk providing the following information:-
1 What items of clothing you have for sale (including brand, size and age range). 2 Condition (as per our rating above). 3 How much you would like for each item. 4 How much you would be prepared to accept for the whole lot and whether this will include postage or not.
We will respond with an offer and once we have agreed a price with you, the offer is valid for 28 days only. However, if the items are not received within this 28 day period we will contact you again to review the offer and re-negotiate if necessary.
Once we have taken delivery we will need to inspect all items of clothing PRIOR to any payment being made. If we consider that the quality of the clothing is not as described we will have to re-evaluate our original offer. Should this be the case, we will contact you regarding a reduction to the amount to be paid to you.
SHIPPING
When sending clothing to Early Baby please ensure that packages are securely wrapped in order to avoid damage during transit.
Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that we do not receive. It is therefore recommended that you obtain the appropriate proof of postage to enable you to claim for any losses under these circumstances.
OPTIONS
Royal Mail offer a Recorded Delivery service for important (but not valuable) items with compensation up to £32.00 only. Proof of Posting - available free of charge from Post Offices Parcel Force
